KitchenAid products are POORLY MANUFACTURED and LOW QUALITY. The door-spring on my built-in microwave broke after minimal and mild use. The exact same thing happened to my parents. The repair is $400. KitchenAid takes no responsibility for the obvious defect. Beware of kitchenaid!!
