Ordered refrigerator KSBS25FKBT on 3/31/04 as well as other appliances from other manufacturers. On May 13 all was delivered except refrigerator. Was told by KitchenAid that refrigerator was made but was "lost". After a week of KitchenAid trying to find this refrigerator I was finally told the refrigerator was never made because KitchenAid is transitioning to a new line, and would we like to now order the new line model. So now our promise delivery is June 10. I called customer service at KitchenAid and was told "it's not anyone's fault" and "I can not accelerate when you will get your refrigerator".
I only hope the quality of the product far exceeds how KitchenAid handles delivery promises and transitions between models.
