On 12/15 I ordered 1 EdenPure 1000 Gen3 from Affordable Heat with the promise that I could return in within 60 days if not happy with the product. Yesterday 02/03 I called the company and was told that they didn't have a 60 day return, was told that I must have ordered from someone else. Now I have a heater that made my electric bill almost $100.00 more for one month. So you can say that I've been snowed and got the run around.
