We had Capitol Construction (Rich Perlman) repair and reframe a second story patio. It has been over 8 months, although, they have completed the framing and tiling, they have not returned to the job to stabilize the railing they put up. Not only is the job incomplete, but it is UNSAFE. They left a second story patio, with concrete deck and patio below, with a short wobbly railing. This patio extends off a game room where young teenagers hang out. The job was paid in full, and then some. We have left approximately 20 messages, spoke to Shannon and Rich on numerous occassion, we were promised a return visit to replace/repair their job. Rich is not on the up and up!
