We moved in to this house August. An "Increte Systems" stamped concrete patio was constructed by Oudinot Construction of Mohnton, PA in May. The patio is now cracked completely the full length and width.in addition, it has sunk over 2".
I have contacted Warren Oudinot. He has not responded. The contractors who have seen this said the job was done improperly. The patio should not have sunk and cracked.
Warning... Do not use Warren Oudinot of Oudinot Construction.
