Dishonest, fraudulent, shoddy. Signed contract ONE YEAR AGO - took six months to deliever tiles for my roof. Tiles set in yard for another six months. Filed a complaint against Rich Perlman and CAPITOL CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT OF ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLORIDA only to have RICH PERLMAN keep my deposit of nearly $3000.00 and in addition showed up while I was away from home and stole the tiles out of my yard.
Do not use this roofing contractor.
