Entered a contract with ICD on 3/15/07 to pour a patio and to put up a gate. He poured it but never came back to put up the gate and to seal the patio. He would show up about once a week and have a lot of excess. At the time on the contract the completion date was going to be less then 30 day. I'm going on 60 days and i still have no gate and patio is still not seal. Would like ICD finish what i hae paid for. I would recommend him at all. He makes promises that he can not keep.
