I hired greenfield construction to put in new sidewalks and a new patio. Six months later I called the owner, Frank Fasolo to notify him that the patio had cracked. He looked at it and specified that he would fix it.
I have been waiting four years. I have called him, sent a letter, faxed and emailed him.
He keeps telling me that he will come but, never shows up. I requested that he could put it in writing that the work will be fixed. I have not seen it yet.
I converted my home into a two family house and he did all the work. He got paid plenty! Some of the construction was not done properly. All I want is that he corrects the problems that exist.
Do not hire him. Not reliable and over priced.
