Trying to reach customer service New York

Well, I posted yesterday that I was not able to get through all day long since that first time yesterday morning. The key is to call at 7 A.M. Central time. I got through two times this morning!

I got a lady named Donna, and she said the order was in the system, but it hadn't shipped yet, so she said she was able to cancel it. I mentioned the frustration of not being able to get through the day before, and she apologized and said they handle C/S issues for many companies, so they're very busy, and she apologized again.

I realized after I hung up that I didn't get any sort of confirmation number, so I called right back and got her again. I guess they're a small company that handles lots of calls? Who knows. Anyway, I was able to get a confirmation number that time.

I'm hopeful and optimistic that the order was cancelled and I won't be charged, but I'm not betting on anything now. Hopefully the c/s issue is exactly what she said, and that they really aren't a scam. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but not being stupid about it.:-)
