I have recently had the misfortune to try to resolve an issue with customerstatus.com. Yesterday September 3, at approx. 9:13am I ordered 2 no tangle brushes, one thick and one fine hair brush. On your website, when placing the order, no where did it say how much Postage and Handling was going to be. There was not a confirmation page to place the order it was already placed by the time you see the final that was being charged to your credit card. When I saw that I was charged $23.80 for shipping, I immediately called customer support around 9:30am and asked that they cancel my order. That customer care representative said she couldn't do anything until the order was processed at customerstatus.com and it would be between 2-3 hours before it would show up there. I went to customerstatus.com every hour yesterday to find my order, only to find that it was not entered and kept saying it would be 24-48 hours. This morning at 9:35 I check the site and found my order was finally processed and I immediately called customer care. I was told I would have to return to sender and they would credit my card after receiving the package. So instead of making a note or canceling my order when I asked, they have now waited until you shipped my order for me to be able to lodge a complaint. Is this sounding kind of sketchy to you at this point? On customerstatus.com my order says in process, it is not marked shipped. This is the worst customer service, and scam of a business that I have dealt with in a very long time. This is a huge scam and it is well documented all items through customerstatus.com and the Emson Corporation are a fraud and use these tactics for every product they sell.
