May 11 - I found these reviews after ordering my free trial today. I am concerned because along with the free trial, I ordered the neck cream. There seemed to be problems processing the neck cream order so I hit the order button a second time. Then, I got a thank you for order screen — no opportunity to review final order before submitting. The emailed receipt shows that I was charged for two neck creams. The business is closed for the day and will not reopen until Monday. I am hoping I will reach someone to correct this error. I am also hopeful that this product will work. Maybe this company has changed over time and will provide excellent customer service. My fingers are crossed and I want this product to work. I do not think the price for this product is too expensive. I am paying much more right now for the products I use. I don't mind paying for a product that works, but I do expect good customer service and won't tolerate anything less. I'll follow up and let everyone know what happens. Fingers Crossed!
