And the saga continues! I called

And the saga continues! I called everyday to cancel the Smart Lidz order I had placed on their website. Each day I was told the order wasn't showing in the system as yet. I was assured on the 4th day since it hadn't shown up that the order just did not come through.

I live in Southeast Florida. Did anyone hear my angry scream of frustration today when I found a package from Smart Lidz on my porch today? I called them (no problem finding my account this time) I was told to send them back and they would credit me the twenty dollars for the product but I would still have to pay the thirty-one dollars and eighty cents for the shipping. The kicker is the same day I was told since it was over 72 hours the order never went through is the day my card was charged.interesting huh?

I have filed a dispute with my bank and I told Smart Lidz if I didn't hear from the corporate office within two days as I was told would happen, I would be calling my States Attorneys office.

I think this is fraud since there is no page for you to accept the total amount due before the order is complete. So the bottom line is before placing an order for these types of products, I will check to see if there are negative comments online.
