I ordered a kitchen set and diningroom set in February. I called in April to find out what happened to my furniture. I spoke to Kathy and was told to call customer service. I did and spoke to Andre. He told me that my kitchen set would come in on Friday and that my diningroom set was on back order. He would call back for a delivery date. Well no call, so I called back and no answer at customer service or the store.
My husband and I went back to the store only to find it locked and closed. There are no signs stating that they are going out of business and no sign stating of phone number to call. We decide to go to the store next to Island Dinette to see if anyone knew anything. We talked to a young man and said that the store was opened the day before and also someone else was looking for their furniture too.
This place is full of lairs and they rip you off. Up until the day before they were taking orders and money from people. I would just like my furniture or my money back.
