2 days before thanksgiving, rooms to go furniture in morrow, ga called me and told me that the diningroom set that i paid full cash price for 3 weeks ago, would not be delivered to my home because it was out of stock and they had an alternative one. They told me the set that i originally ordered, will not be available unitl mid dec.
I need my diningroom set before thanksgiving. The store did not try to compensate me in any way, nor did thay apologize or try to make things better for me as a loyal customer. Do not purchase anything from this furniture store, they only want commission. They knew the set was out of stock when they took my money 3 weeks ago and told me that there would be no problem in getting what i paid for to my home.
The sales person lied and now i find out 2 days before the holiday that he only wanted to make a commission check. My thanksgiving is ruined! They waited until the last minute to tell me this, which did not leave me a whole lot of options, because they knew i needed a diningroom table for thanksgiving and they had me by the balls. I will never do business with this store again. I will tell my friends not to do business with rooms to go ever!!!
