Item bought incomplete. Could not assamble. Seller advertises thru ebay. Seller offered toobtain and mail missing parts but an additional 2 weeks wait. I complained by placing a negative report on ebay. Seller sent me email with profanity involving my mother. Offers now to reimburse if i ship back item. Cannot trust to send back before i get my money.
