Contracted to clean windows and gutters/haul debris. Provided estimate over the phone. Arrived as scheduled and added 3 times price of estimate because windows were "french windows". Then contracted to simply clean gutters and haul debris. Completed gutters but did not haul debris. Were coerced into returned to take debris. Went onto roof 3 days later to "check" job, and found downspouts completely clogged and large piles of decomposed debris still in gutters. Called company.
They claimed downspouts were NOT included in the cleaning and they REFUSED to come out and clean remaining decomposed debris in gutters satisfactorily. Photos of gutters have been taken as proof. As a result, needed to hire someone else to complete the job. Company is refusing to provide name of owner, business license number or any other identifying information.
