Furnace defected, water in heater ducts, roof leaks, water in yard, black mold, rotted plate on foundation

I bought my wife a home after 2 weeks the cable man came to put in the cable and he drilled a hole though the wall and hit the gas meter. When the gas man came he inspeced the furnace and found a crack in the exchangers. He told the cable man that if he had not done that the people who live here would be dead in 3 days. Two days later we had water in our heater ducts the roof leaked when it rains a lot. Now we have black mold in our heater ducts and a water proofing company said the wooden plate on the foundation is rotted. When it rains the back yard looks like a lake and when we bought the house we never saw or signed the property disclosure.
