We had a terrible hailstorm following several months with no rain. My roof was damaged. That caused water to leak into my water heater room. That and the 2 subsequent rainstorms caused the ceiling to collapse, the water heater to go out, the room to flood, drywall to get wet and moldy. They are claiming the damage was ongoing long-term and had nothing to do with hailstorm! There was nothing wrong with my roof prior to hailstorm. They won't explain how they came to decision. Or how water got in only that room in entire city through intact roof.
