Reliance Air Duct and Carpet Care is a scam. On 8/17, they showed up at our house and supposedly cleaned our air ducts. They reported that they saw mold and told me that they could disinfect my ducts with a chemical for $800. When I declined that service for a second opinion, he spoke with his supervisor and told me he could do it for $200. On 8/18, the reputable and licensed Burnside Air Conditioning Company looked at our ducts and reported that they were still dirty and did not show any signs of mold. We had Reliance return to do the job they originally signed on to do and on 8/17 they came to clean returns and reported mold again! They also reported that our AC wasn't draining water properly. Burnside returned and said that the drain pan had water and that there was no problems with our system that if their was a problem, water would be going into an emergency drain pain outside which was not the case! Reliance Air Duct Company is a total scam-do not use their services you will be duped like we were!!!
