We ordered a bed from this company. It arrived damaged. They requested we "prove it" with pictures. We did not feel any obligation to do so. Why would we need to prove damage? It was either what we wanted and ordered, or it wasn't. Leather upholstered bed with a rip in the leather is not of use to us.

This company does seem to be consistant from the other reviews that unfortunately we only looked for after we had a problem. Two months later the item is still in my garage. No contact with a return shipper. No contact from the company for six weeks. We've left numerous messages. We are not paying for this item. Thank goodness for American Express. The company did not reply to AmEx inquiries either.
