On 9/9/04, contracted with Masterpiece Exteriors to paint entire exterior, including tile roof. Was promised that TEX-COTE would take care of some problems with roof leaks and probably be last paint this home would need. Was told by sales person Rodney that Masterpiece had their own crews, unlike other companies which contracted out this work. Found out later, this was not true. 5 year guarantee was given. Full payment made 10/01/04 ($6500).
Since, paint has been peeling all around home and contractor failed to use primer in many areas. Roof leaks have become more pronounced and evidence that contractor has broken several roof tiles when working.
Unable to contact this company about this extreemly poor job and to honor their guarantee.
