We hired Williams Exteriors to put on a new roof. Two weeks after installation, the roof was leaking in several locations. Many new shingled started to blow off in the wind. When we called Williams (who claimed they had a 20 year guarantee), the owner Mark Williams used expletives and told us to he would not do anything about the situation.
They also do a lot of work without the proper permits.
Two months after we paid Williams Exteriors, we had to get the roof they put on our house, torn off and a new roof put on by a reputable company.
DO NOT USE WILLIAMS EXTERIORS, you will be sorry if you do.
