My dad's bills was estimated because the meter reader worker was having lunch and talking on his celluar phone. Because he did not read the meter Alagasco charged my father almost $900.00 dollars plus his current bill. We settled this and this month it is the same an estimated bill eventhough he has a so called digital meter. The supervisor, Mr. Hernandez told me to read the meter myself and then he could give us an accurate bill.
Why are they allowed to run amok and exploit customers and rip them off in such a poor economy because of poor management and workers?
