Contract that was not made!

I stop support since I had been shifting and after two-week I contact to ensure the final statement was compensated with my deposit that went they explained I'd a together and needed to spend 150 early termination charge. Used to do not select the 12 month agreement I told them every month. They're also very costly and rude.
