Harry Newton aka JNH Builders aka Coldwell Banker Newton Property was employed to construct my home in a bottom cost of $247K, plus $30K of improvements, plus $10K ending price to get a whole of $287 E. Stones throughout the house wasn't come up with equally (i.E. Some little, some large areas between each stones). All of the frames (including screen frames) around and indoors wasn't sanded down, they simply paint over hard edges of frames. The top of the home dropped along and the majority of the trusts were damaged, bent, or damaged. He declined to displace all of the trusts (he did substitute 4-5), all he did was nailed extra 2x4s towards the damaged, bent, plus some broken trusts. The home had an packet arch at the front end entry, he didn't completely finish this posture (the interior arc -he set an aluminum page to protect the arc beginning). The electric wiring of the home wasn't as demonstrated within the formula. Accessories weren't place in correct locations & lost items. Moldings/Adhesives around home wasn't washed.
I appointed Tim Newton (Common Company/Creator/Agent) in 9 to construct my home which he explained it'd not consider significantly more than 6-8 weeks to accomplish. The task required more than 14 weeks and also the task continues to be not completely comprehensive, but because it was in a "livable" situation, I chose to transferred in on 10 which he "guaranteed" and he closed an amendment he may end the remainder of the material (outlined on the checklist) completed by 10/31 easily provide him the final pull in the lender to him. Arrived 3, the listing of material hasn't been finished yet! He completely dismissed the facts of the formula and his employees simply set issues where it is easiest in order for them to finish their careers (ie part of bathtub, lighting changes, etc). All of the units within the bathrooms weren't fixed to destroy countertops. All of the frames (ie screen frames, doorway frames, etc) weren't sanded down, they simply paint over whichever originated from the maker. Missing bits of accessories (buttons, baseboards, etc). It is a headache!!
