Frames less than 1 year old. First they would replace with any frame that lenses would fit. I did not like any. The glasses and frames i paid 500.00. Came back two weeks later. I asked if we could make some reduction in lenses for frames i liked. NO! This is where it got nasty. They said there was a prescription eyewear frames and lenses purchased April. Returned frames black coating had peeled off on 1st isit. They told me i could have any frame in the store. There were no frames that i liked. The original price was around 500.00 so they were designer frames. On the 2nd visit, they told me about a 60 day return for defects. This was not posted anywhere in store. I asked for them to please put my lenses back in my frames. They refused and told me to get out of store or they would call 911. I said i would notify BBB. As i left, they said take your wobbly fat body and don't come back!
