I called ocwen 3 months leaving messages on my loan advisor's answering machine and never received a return phone call. Everytime i would call in trick the system to get a person they would transfer to this same voicemail after i just explained the lady was not returning phone calls. Then finally after 4 monhts now i am in foreclosure lady said they were moving and they re-assigned me, so she helped with a loan modification i had to come up with $1,700 apx. And she sd my loan was restored. Well apx 3 payments were reported to my credit then they just stopped i called and called leaving messages no response!
After about 5 months apx went by i get a call from a new company saying my loan was transferred and i was no longer with ocwen i told the man i didn't receive any info. About this transfer so he said you should of gotten something in the mail i told him i didn't.
But i am confused because the new loan company has the same phone number as ocwen.
