My home loan was transferred to ocwen loan servicing since last dec.. I've made 3 monthly payment so far, none of them has been credited to my loan acct. I have been calling the ocwen so many times & trying to set-up online acct. To see my current statement but no luck at all. My loan number is invalid & there's no customer service department to talk to & no return-calls. These payment has been cleared from my bank but i still owe that amount of money according to their statement. I don't know what to do. Thank god that i didn't sign for automatic payments. I haven't received a right monthly bill-statement from them and the ocwen is not reliable.
