I have been trying to get a loan modification from OCWEN for the past 11 mos. I finally got approved for a modification but paperwork from OCWEN was a month late. I had to refile for the modification and the same thing happened. I am on my third approval for the loan modification which was approved on June 6. I have YET to receive the paperwork for this loan modification. I do not trust OCWEN since they have an "F" rating with the BBB. They do not seem to care about the customers. The so called RELATIONSHIP MANAGER is a big joke You can't even talk to her unless you have an appointment. I talked to OCWEN 6-20 and was told I had to call back in JULY to make the appointment with the relationship manager.
Iwould be very interested in any class action or legal action against OCWEN. I dont' think we as US citizens have to deal with incompetents in India. Somebody PLEASE HELP US!!!
