I have a time share located in Front Royal Virginia in which my wife and I do not use and wanted to sell it in order to provide us with some extra money. I provided 599.00 dollars to this company and to date property has not yet been sold. When calling I always recieve a answering machine and never recieve a call back and when I do recieve a call they always state that they are showing my time share that week end and have some possible interest.
I am a U.S. Navy Veteran and do not take lightly to companies ripping me or other people off with their scams. I will try to seak legal action and a lawsuit against this company but do not know where to start in order to get my money back and also any legal fees and undu frustration it has caused.
