Bill Lang owes us $1,100.00!!! My mother and I meant up with him one day to talk with him about helping us by being the investor for us. (FIRST RED FLAG) We made a appointment with him at the Charter House in Puyallup WA. Where we sat in the middle of a room, not an office, in chairs we just pulled up out of nowhere, and went over the information he needed to help us. His company name that we recieved from him was Liberty Lending out of Gig Harbor WA.
He was running a ad in the Local Tacoma News Tribune that March. (SECOND REDFLAG) We received papers in the mail from him, which were for 'help with establishing credit" for us so we could put the house that he was gonna help us buy and put in our names within 2 yrs. We never signed the papers that was sent to us due to the credit not being an issue. We had numerous conversations with him directly up until the time we agreed to let him help us and he had me fax a copy of a check ($1,100) to him that he immediatly cashed.
From that very time he had a lady by the name of Danielle Allen sending us emails on different houses that were not within the area we were wanting to look to buy a home. Each and every house was 'pending' or 'sold' before we even recieved the emails. I had a conversation with her on the phone one day telling her we were not satisfied with the homes she was showing us, never did she show one in person, and when I would ask to talk to Bill he was ALWAYS out of town!
Never did he return a call. Not to this very day as of Feb. 27. We have called trying to get a hold of him many times over the years, right down to calling the Charter House were the agreement was made and they told us he was not part of the Charter House and had no way to get a hold of him. We had two numbers that were suppose to be his, 253-XXX-1093 (his home #) and 253-XXX-3098 both out of Gig Harbor.
Finally about a year ago he were able to get a hold of the Danielle Allen and she gave us the correct number for him which was 253-XXX-3001, which was not a good number. Whoever answered the phone would always tell us he was not in the office or was out of town. We stopped calling it and tried the others. One night around 3 am my mom was thinking about it and called the first numebr we ever got. His home number and he answered. Said he was sleeping and he would call us back the next day. HE NEVER DID! He told her to call the office and make an appointment and again no luck with meeting up with him. No appointment was able to be set due to a answer machine answering the call.
To this very day he has never made contact with us. This is very concerning to me for the fact he is getting away with doing this to people like myself and my mother. I am a single mom and my mom is a single as well. We were trying to make things easier on us and my child but instead we were taking advantage of in all possible ways by more than one party in this matter. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTED FOR IN THIS RIP OFF! If anyone has information on this Bill Lang, lawyers, etc please feel free to contact me ASAP! We have waited too long for Bill to responde! Danille Allen is just as quilty as he is. I have no doubt she was involved in this scam!
