I was contacted by a representative of the company (Loretta Buell) Who promised if I would list my time share with her she would be able to sell or rent it before the maintance fees were due. She assured me I would be able to obtain subtantial money for the time share. She phoned me on several ocassions to get me to [put up the $500.00 fee to handle my time share. Since that time I have attempted to contact her by phone at least four times. She has to this date not returned those calls.
Based on information from the Florida State Attorney's Office, I perceive the company representative's sales pitch was deceptive and fraudulent. This type of operation seems to be prevelent with many time share resale operations.
