This Comp. Is run by Scam Artists! They act as if they're an old retired couple, just Selling land & Modular home packages to pass the time & help families get into affordable homes! What a joke! First they're is "Rick" who goes by a few different names such as, " Richard Horan", " Richard Moore" hes the husband & not the first either! He looks like Santa Claus, so by looks he seems to be just a big old teddybear, but acts exactlly like a car salesmen, which it is our understanding that was his proffession @ one time along w / being in the Navy or Marines at another but was discharged, most likely dishonorably! If its even true, these people will lie to you so much it gets to the point you don't know the truth from lie w / them & have to double check everything they tell you. He gives himself away alittle by the way he twitches his hands constantly when hes discussing selling you your home & when you start to ask questions about the financing, or anything that seems not quite right to you he & his wife will start fighting in front of you like cats & dogs, screaming & throwing things & it seems all to us to be a distraction!"Robin", " Robin Horan", " Robin Scheiro ceo.", these are some of the names she uses including also using her Mother's name & Son's & Grandson's Names also for any Legal Documents, " Joseph Ward" @ 6801 Lake Worth Rd., Ste. 252, l.W. We just want anybody to understand what type of people your dealing w / before you make a bad decision & do buisness w / them as we did. We started looking for homes as a newly married couple w / a 4 month old baby, it was to be our first home together & in Palm Beach County in 2004 we couldn't find any homes under $200,000, 000. That would fit our budget! We were looking in the Palm Beach Post one day & found Rick & Robin's add in the Classifieds which read, " MONTURA RANCHES - NEW MODULAR HOUSE 1941 sf. Fireplac, wood deck, 4BR 2 BA, 1.25 acres, 6,5 percent, $145,000. Land as dwn pymt. Fin. Avail. (561) 753-8355. So immediatlely we called & set up a time to stop by & speak w / them about the add. To make a long story short they took our money in July a down payment of $8,500.10 percent of our loan amount, we signed our closing papers @ Caloosa Title on Sept. 1 why they had to have our down payment before closing they're excuse was they needed it to start to get our home ordered, which was another lie! We were told by Rick & Robin that we would be in our new home by Christmas They said it would only take 3 months from start to finish to complete our home, another lie, Legally they weren't held responsible for the completion date because at the top of our Contract, instead of putting in a date they wrote in ASAP so they're is no real date for that!
