I have had a tech come to look at a problem with the ice maker in model # 795.75293401 refrigerator twice. First time replace the ice maker and second time to find out I am not the first complaint about I overflowing and falling out onto the floor. I have emailed Sears and had no response. I would think they would at least got back to me saying they were going to fix the problem. But I am just one person and they don't need to pay attention to ONE person.By the way I complained over a year ago. So the report the service tech sent back to them does nothing in my estimation. Big business is just too big now a days. They have employees??? Answering the phone that do have a clue what to do. (not just Sears but most big business, you can't talk to someone who can make a decision.
Enough already, glad someone will listen.
