Empire today —apparently can't make appointments
I am glad to read so many bad reviews of this company, because it supports my own experience. I made an appointment to have my house measured and see some samples. I invited my elderly aunt to come over, as she is helping me with the decisions. Well, they cancelled. I then rescheduled for the next day, same time. (Talking with these reps. Is like talking to robots. Scripted. Unresponsive. Unhelpful.) Again, I invited my Aunt over for the consultation. ONCE AGAIN they cancelled the appointment unapologetically. If they're not going to have a sales rep in the area, then why schedule the appointment to begin with. I would never do business with this company in light of their unprofessionalism, and I would suggest that you go elsewhere as well.
