I purchased a $1,000 desk for my home and paid for it to be delivered. They actually called several days prior to delivery and the driver called the day of to confirm delivery. That was the end of what I thought was going to be a good experience. It was takening longer than what I expected to bring each piece in from the truck. Then I realized that the delivery people were spray painting the different pieces to the desk. When I examined each piece I realized that they had spray painted three different pieces of the furniture to diguish damage.instead of being honest and telling me that the desk was damaged, they tried to cover it up and play dumb. This is not the first negative experience that heard about Ashley Furniture's Delivery practices... Buyer beware!!!
