In March of after getting a flyer on my door for lawn fertilazation and arefication I paid $331. To get on their "lawn club cycle". I was told it told it would be eight applications for the year 2007. After several days with no one showing up I called and they came out finaly on April 23rd to fertilize and arefy my yard. Cool, no biggie right? After missing the next two months and me constantly getting the run around by several people on the phone, specificly a very rude and unhelpful guy named "Tony" they showed back up August 2nd and have not been back after one promise after the other. I started asking for my money back from August and was even told the check had been sent on October 29th. My phone calls and notes from those conversations are now to numerous to put in this report and still no satisfaction. How do scum like this stay in business?
