Im a realtor in Wichita Kansas that has worked with alot of great subdivisions. You see most subdivisions, look forward and in a positive way towards realtors brings buyers to help sell the homes they have for sale. But Im afraid so far this group is the worst Ive ever dealt with.
I brought a buyer to them that yes, had been there at one time or two without me present, now this has happened before where someone Ive dealt with goes out just to check things out without me standing over them, and in the past the realtor at the subdivision has been happy to understand this fact, but not with this group and not esp. With Jami Church (the on site realtor).
The fact is my buyer had met her in the past and didnt want to ever work with her alone, because I directed him back to the table on a home he liked out there, even tho he told me the realtor he met Jami Church was going to be their as long as I was with him hed be interested in putting in a contract. This company tho has decided that since my buyer was out thier a few times without me they are not going to pay any stardard commissions.
Jami Church said shes talked with my client without me around and felt since she did Im not owed a standard amount, because I guess she feels like it took so much of her time. What about the fact Ive spent several hours driving around the city days on end looking for homes for this guy, with her all she has to do is sit at her office and wait in comfort only in her area. Using little to small amounts of her gas and time.
She is a disgrace, and her builder she works for is also trying to act above the law, but more so In this crazy house market, for one on site agents shouldnt be so combative with buyers Like the one I directed back to the home with them because he kept mentioning it too me, even tho they told me when they did go without me there Jami Church wasnt very nice too them, and they after doing that felt very uncomfortable being with her without me there again. But also strange that a builder would be so uncooperative in paying another realtor bringing the buyer to him.
So I warn any realtors in the Wichita Kansas area to stay far away of New home Marketing developments / Leewood Homes or if they do, make sure they are with there people everytime when they are out there. Dont let them fool you into thinking they are nice to realtors or even buyers, after all the buyer I had said when he was out there, their where problems with the onsite agent Jami church in the beginning. Ive never complained about another agent in the past but in this case they deserve it.
