Prior to 11, they called me six times in an attempt to sell me house windows, though they were advised to remove my name and phone from their lists. On 11/17 i wrote mr. Dan bechtold, the president. A letter telling him that i did not want to do business with him and that i did want to be contacted again. Nevertheless, on 12/5, we were called again— 7 calls.
On 12/7, call them and spoke with ashley, secretary, to terry wade the manager, who was to return my call, but that did not happen. Today, at 12:30 pm, i was contacted by paul robo, coo, who promised me hat he was "scrubbing" all lists that they purchased for $5000 for 10,000 names/phones, but he could not guarantee that my name/phone would be scrubbed. He said that if anyone else called to tell them to contact him. At 4:30 pm today, (8 calls) christy called again. I interrupted her to give her mr. Robo's message. This company is definitely a ripoff, since they do not do what they say, and they continue to repetitively contact the elderly, including, retired veterans, who they think are easy targets.
