7.30.2007. After 3 days of considering what Randy Stevens, Michael Torres, and David Gates referred to as Facts I signed the agreement to get 100 EXCLUSIVE LEADS. I was told that these borrower's where looking for a mortgage and that they had done 1 of 2 things which were, they filled out an application online or they called into My Credit Fix Now looking for credit repair or a mortgage.
This was absolutely not even close to any truth AT ALL. The lists of people I was getting were hanging up on me, telling me that they said they dont want a mortgage, they have great credit, never call again etc. Etc. I finally had 1 woman nice enough to stay on the phone with me long enough to explain that she was called and she had no clue how the person who contacted her got her information the night previous. This particular woman explained that she was over 100% LTV yet the application showed 50% (Very misleading, but it was worth $25 to them).
I signed the agreement believing that the purpose of the agreement was to protect them because they wanted 10% of gross profit of every deal closed. This was merely a clever way to manipulate someone to actually sign the agreement and pay the $2,500. On Aug 1 I started receiving lists of names which My Credit Fix Now refers to as leads.
I knew something was wrong after the first day when I was getting hung up on and cursed at. I called in and was told that once in a while that might happen and that I should at least give it a week to see results. I tried again but within 2 days I decided to call back because of all the absolute rediculous things I kept hearing. I said I want my money back and I do not want anymore leads. They simply said that I signed a contract and I was NOT getting my money back and that they were only going to continue to send me these lists of random names whether I liked it or not until their end of the contract was up.
This company sends lists of names and expects Mortgage Broker's like mine to go through all the names and send them the people who need credit repair. This company basically took my money and wanted me to scrub their lists of random people. What a business they have going?
