Did not acknowledge my rebate submission, are impossible to contact by phone

In June ofd 2004 we bought a recliner from Brownie furniture in Virginia, MN with the promise of a $250 rebate after 35 months. We complied, sent documents registered mail, they were received and signed for, and to date have received no response and are unable to contact the company. The phone is automatically answered and when we tried to contact them by email, the email was returned.
