We purchased a time share in Mexico and were promised a rebate by Cashback America after 54 months if certain conditions were met. We filed for the rebate and met all the required conditions but have not had any response from the company. They will not return phone calls or email inquiries.
It has been six months now and we have no information at all on our rebate.
