Company damaged my goods in a move and just like this report states, the drivers seemed extremely sluggish and irrssponsible.in my case the driver was smokling heavily causing us to have to professionaly shampoo our furniture.
I have been over five months corresponding wiuth th company getting no response. Only statement is we are taking care of this. See excerpt below:

As for the ladder, it has an inventory number suggesting it belongs to someone, nevertheless, I will retain until someone picks it up.
This company is Not customer oriented and lacks the quality control on its drivers.
