I have also been ripped off by this company. I have tried, repeatedly, to call, email and snail-mail individuals with this company. I have had no response when I have requested my refund and I, like many others, am absolutely disgusted by this fraudulent and dishonest business. I would encourage anyone who has been victimized by these folks to contact 1) The BBB of Orlando to file a report; 2) The state attorney general's office to report fraudulent and dishonest business practices; 3) The FTC - federal trade commission, www.ftc. Gov, to file a report. I hope they all get caught and are held accountable for what they have done.
There should be consumer protection for these types of situations. I am sure this is not the only company out there doing this kind of shady business and I believe the more people report these kinds of companies, the more pressure there will be to develop some sort of regulation to avoid such scams in the future. Please don't just let these folks get away with this. Do your part to report how they have ripped you off!
