After leaving a couple of voicemail and email to Tim Viner with no response, I call and finally get the receptionist and demand to speak with either Tim Viner or the so-called company president Walter Fowler.
Finally after several minutes of waiting, Tim Viner gets on the phone. He informs me that the company is now in bankruptcy and how he lost $150,000.00 in investment and he has taken it upon himself to help continue the 180 day contracts to sell/rent the properties of the persons in this sad-sad-sad situation. He is doing this as a "heart-felt" service that he thinks the persons SCAMMED deserves. Since the company is out of business the 100% money back guarantee is void according to Tim Viner. BEWARE of Regency Resorts International. It appears the same people have begain another Scam under Regency Resorts International.
