Castle Resorts International contacted me regarding the sale of my Westgate timeshare last June. Anthony Gambino (Sales Manager) and Walter Fowler (President) convinced me to deal with them.
I signed a contract and paid $1,316.70 for their services.in October, I contacted Castle Resorts by certified mail and extended the contract an additional 60 days. At the end of those 60 days, having received no offers from Castle Resorts, I requested (per the contract "Guarantees") in writing the full refund of my money.
To date, there has been no refund.in addition, my phone calls have not been answered and messages have not been returned by Walter Fowler, Anthony Gambino or Ruthie Rogers (Office Manager/Sales) since last October.
