First, I doubt this "company" is anything but a bunch of phone numbers that take calls and that's about it. Second, if you make an appointment, don't expect anyone to show up - even within the four hour window these people squeeze from us. That's what's happened twice so far.
Why did I need to use them twice? Well the first time, after they didn't show up and I had to call several times to get them to come two hours after the first four hours was up, the tech just complained about having to work that day, didn't fix the job and I told him so. He said that if the leak was still there to call the "main office". It did and I did, so there's another four hour appointment and again - no one shows up.
In short, I still have the leak and this group - from dispatch to techs is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever had to deal with.
