No delivery / No Refund as promissed

I also ordered a bunk bed from Allure Furniture and was told that it was damaged in shipping. They asked me if I wanted a new one sent or a refund. After research about the company and no one ever answering the phone, I decided it was time for a refund. Was told they would process it right away. That was 8/3/07.

On 8/10/07 I emailed and asked about the refund and was told it inser from them insert: I apologize if this has not been taken care of. I will forward this to the credit department and have them track the credit for you. It may take 5-6 business days for this to reflect on your account. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any further assistance.:

On 8/20 I again asked about the refund and was told from them insert: The credit was processed. You should contact you credit card company and see if they have received it. They can track the sale and the credit and make sure that it is applied to your account.: I asked them the date of the process and was told 8/10.

Still as of this date 8/29 no credit to my account has appeared. I have contacted my financial institution to get the credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM ALLURE FURNITURE THEY ARE A RIP-OFF SETUP they are only an office in a medical building.
