After purchasing a bunk bed set via internet, I was sent an email from the company that it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It never arrived, so I emailed and called customer service requesting to speak with someone. Only voicemail picks up on calls and I never once received a call back. I was emailed that the shippment had been damaged and was being resent. After another month of not recieving my purchase and several attempts to contact someone, I requested a full refund. I have not been credited yet and I get no response from my emails.
