Best Buy installed a dishwasher but in the process they damaged our floor tiles. They asked us to contact the dishwasher's manufacturer, but it has nothing to do with the dishwasher. So after two months of arguing with them, they asked us to get an estimate, and when we did, they refused to go with our quote and want to send their own estimator. This has been on going for more than sixty days and they keep on giving us the runaround and do not cooperate with us at all. We need legal advice. Our kitchen floor now might be growing mold under it due to the damage. Can someone contact me and tell what should I do?
